Theresa Peters Casper, author of The Soldier Was A Boy and Kayla Tonne, Illustrator, personally autographed copies at a special book signing party at the Ashland Library. Ms. Casper, Special Education Teacher at the Ashland Schools, lives in Oklahoma and is well known in the Clark County community.    Kayla Tonne, Senior at the Ashland High School, has received many awards for her art.   Books are available for purchase locally.Â
